Opening times:
We are open Monday to Friday, 10am - 5pm and deal with queries during these times. We aim to respond to all enquiries within a 2-3 working days.
Delivery:
We aim to deliver all products in a safe and efficient manner. Clients will be charged any additional insurance cost for delivery.
Art work:
We aim to source any type of art including items that are not available on the website. We aim to source art that has either been sold or is not available on the website within a reasonable and efficient time period subject to the artist’s availability and will keep the client informed of progress at all times. If at any time we are not able to deliver the products ordered, we aim to notify the client as soon as we become aware of this.
Refund:
We offer a full refund if products are returned within 7 working days of purchase, undamaged and in their original packaging. We offer a credit note valid for 1 year if products are returned after the 7 day period. If a client purchases art that has been sold a short while earlier, and the delay is in the online system, we will offer a full refund.
Viewings:
We arrange by appointment only viewings for certain art pieces, subject to management’s discretion. The management retain the right to refuse service to any client that they deem inappropriate.
Bespoke design:
We undertake all aspects of bespoke design. Intrinsic in the nature of this work is variation in material, design and colour due to the handmade quality of such design. This will be explained to the client at the time of order. Bespoke furniture/ feature orders can take between 3 – 6 months to deliver, subject to client’s requirements, budget and location.
Payments terms:
We require 50% deposit for bespoke orders, before commissioning work. This deposit will be retained in the event that the client changes his/her mind and the comission has already been undertaken. The remainder 50% payment is required upon completion. Clients are required to pay for art work in full before any framing work is undertaken. IAD will aim to give an approximate value for the cost of framing at the time of placing an order but this is subject to the client's requirements and specifications and may vary according to the order placed.
Re-sale service:
We offer a re-sale service to clients who purchase investment art. This is a discretionary service and offered to key individuals, at a commission.
Technical errors:
We take no responsibility for any technical errors on our website but aim to have these addressed within 48 hrs of the fault being reported.
