| RN had previously trained as a barrister, practised as a management consultant, launched her own business ArRum before marrying and having children. She completed a Foundation in Art & Design and a range of courses in interior design, architectural drawing, photography and water colour painting at Chelsea College of Art and Design between 2003-2004. RN then went on to complete a Diploma in Islamic Art at The Prince's School of Traditional Arts, VITA (Visual Islamic Traditional Arts), where a passion for geometry, ceramic tile making and an interest in mashrabia craftsmanship developed.
